Tune JobDiva to Your Liking

From basic customizations, like embedding your company's logo into email templates, to more advanced options, such as building a job catalogue of common positions, JobDiva offers you a unique system that can be tuned to harmonize with your company.

For example, structure your company's recruiting workflow: set submittal requirements, define the important candidate qualifications which recruiters can use to guide their screenings, and write the standard questions you'd like all recruiters to ask when collecting a candidate's references.

Within the Contract Relationship Management functionality, there are a variety of ways to shape your data. Define categories for contacts: hiring manager, prospect, etc. Set actions for your contacts, such as 'First Meeting' or 'Contract Negotiation' so that you can designate their current Sales Milestones. Create fields in which to store standard data, such as assistant's name or percentage chance to close a deal. And much, much more.

Assign Permissions

JobDiva gives you the ability to control what type of access users have to your system.

You can set viewing and editing permissions at various levels, from the individual up through groups and divisions. You can also limit who runs which metrics, so that comprehensive views of your database and company activity are private. In fact, JobDiva has made it possible so that, if you chose, you can assign or limit access to many functionalities and data elements in the system - you can even set which users have the ability to assign access and permissions to other users.

Choose Your Alerts

Be in the know. Choose to receive email notifications related to a variety of recruiting milestones, so that while you're busy filling requirements, the system will continue delivering important updates to you without your having to go searching for them.

Let the system notify you with a quick email whenever a candidate applies to one of your positions or whenever a candidate fitting one of your job's requirements has entered the system, regardless of the resume's source. Receive email notification when you're assigned or unassigned from a job or when the status changes on one of your jobs, such as from 'open' to 'closed.' And if you work on positions which require candidates and placed consultants to have valid licenses and certifications, you can enroll for daily email listings of all the documents expiring that day.

Define System Attributes

JobDiva gives you the ability to define fields and contour the system's immense data storage capabilities to best fit your recruiting and management goals.

Almost all screens in JobDiva have space available for you to define fields that will create a standardized but low-maintenance record keeping system. Define fields at the contact or company pages to enrich your CRM. Define fields for candidate records if you want recruiters to gather certain information from each candidate and log it in a consistent place. Define fields for jobs so that the location of important details are stored in a standard spot and easily accessed.

Once you decide which fields you need, JobDiva supplies a variety of ways to format the data. Create drop down menus with pre-set options. Create lists to enable users to select multiple options. Format the fields to convert entries into dates, times, currencies, URLs, or percentages. To enter larger quantities of data that will take up several lines, use Text Area. You can also allow free typing with our 'string' option.

To add an extra layer of internal privacy, you may also opt to mask stored data so that the text appears as merely asterisks to other users. For example, you may opt to mask candidates' Social Security numbers. You can set permissions so that only approved users can view masked items.
