Join us for the 15th Annual JobDiva Users Conference

Let’s celebrate JobDiva’s 20th anniversary together! This year, our annual Users’ Conference returns for its 15th edition, which will be held at the beautiful Conrad Hotel in downtown Manhattan. 

The conference kicks off on Thursday, April 27th, with a celebratory cruise to the Statue of Liberty as we sail into the future.

On Friday, April 28th, we will host an intensive agenda at the Conrad with a lively mix of new feature demos, panels, and roundtables. 

 We look forward to connecting in person to celebrate our partnership and raise a toast to many more years together.

Karen Maarouf
Magnit

During her 32 years in the contingent workforce industry, Karen has managed temporary staffing, VMS/MSP implementations, application support, product management, product marketing, account management, corporate initiatives, and supplier relations. Her team is dedicated to ensuring Magnit's clients have access to a world class supply chain across the globe and Magnit earns the status as the MSP provider of choice for suppliers.

Michelle Smith
Epiq

Michelle started as the sole employee of the contingent department at Epiq and has watched it grow to a team of 10. In her role as Senior Contingent Workforce Manager, she has been a part of multiple RFPs and on the design team for the payrolling program, external MSP and, most recently, the internal MSP program.

Michelle loves collaborating with others and gets excited when a new idea is shared that will improve the program. She takes great pride in celebrating the small and large successes of her team. She also knows it takes a village to run a contingent workforce program and enjoys building partnerships with all who are involved.

Steven Livingston
Allegis Global Solutions

Steven began his career in staffing in 2000 and brings over two decades of experience in the Contingent Workforce space leading Supplier Operations and MSP Supply Chain strategy.

Steven spent over 10 years with Aerotek leading national strategic programs as a supplier driving human capital recruiting strategy and operations for Fortune 500 clients in the IT, Pharma, and Light Industrial markets.

Steven moved to AGS’s Supply Chain Management team in 2017 supporting one of AGS’s largest global partners. He is now serving as a Supply Chain Manager overseeing AGS’s North America supplier partnerships and strategy.

Steven has a passion for using his experience to increase supplier performance and value to the client by mentoring them with best-in-class engagement and recruiting strategies. He enjoys building strong partnerships with his clients, operations teams and supplier partners.

Steven Livingston graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He lives in Austin Texas with an amazing wife and two wonderful daughters.

As the Vice President, Global MSP and Supplier Alliances, Jarret Gardner works with a global team to ensure that Beeline has robust and healthy partnerships to serve our clients. These strategic partnerships are a pert of the Beeline Partner Ecosystem, which is critical to our company's growth and success.

An Executive with a 20 plus year background in sales, marketing, operations and leadership, and 17 of those years in Contingent Labor, Jarret strives to make meaningful connections that advance the goals of both Beeline and its partners.

Kamela Forbes Matheson
Pride One

Kamela Forbes Matheson has been doing transformative work in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space for over 6 years. She started as a diversity manager in the talent acquisition space helping clients diversity their talent pools. Later she moved into the learning and development space, creating and facilitating “Consciously Unbiased” learning experiences educating clients on mitigating bias and incorporating inclusive behaviors in efforts to complement their talent acquisition strategy. She then decided to take her efforts global and now serves as the Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Pride Global where she ensures that the company stays at the forefront of the DE&I revolution through her implementation of “Decidedly Diverse” - a comprehensive DE&I strategy. Having graduated from The Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as one of 2 minority students admitted in her class and working thereafter in the fashion industry as one of the handful of black models, Kamela understands firsthand the need for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in general and is committed to using her difference to make a difference.
